►Seven-day appreciation period

1. According to consumer protection regulations, consumers have the right to wait for a seven-day waiting period for goods to arrive (only in Taiwan).
2. The hesitation period is not a trial period, so the returned product must be in a brand new state (keep the product, packaging, gift, and integrity), otherwise the return and exchange will not be accepted.

►Return and exchange process

1. If you receive a defective/wrong product, please send a photo of the defective/wrong product to the online customer service within 7 days after receiving the product, and we will assist you in handling the goods as soon as possible.

2. Exchange:
The store will resend the correct product to you, pack the defective/wrong product and return it (the freight will be borne by YOYOSHOP)

3. Return:
The return must be in a brand new state (keep the product, packaging, gift, integrity), otherwise the return will not be accepted
The customer service staff will give you the return address, and we support (Family Mart, 7-11, mail, etc…) return methods.
Return and exchange of non-defective products: The size of yoyo Xiaopu products is stated. If the size is not suitable, if you don’t like it, or you return or exchange the product, the buyer will bear the shipping fee.

►Description of defects

(Please be sure to read the following instructions carefully, the following situations are not within the scope of defects)
‧ Chromatic difference: each computer will have a color difference, the actual product shall prevail
‧ Glue with crooked diamonds: 90% of jewelry is handmade, there will inevitably be some residual glue on the surface, and the diamond-embedded parts will inevitably have unevenness or unevenness.
‧ Blackening of silver jewelry; the blackening is due to the lack of electroplating treatment to avoid allergies when leaving the factory.
‧ Silver jewelry is bent; most of the material is silver-plated, and the ear pins are soft and thin, so a little bending is normal.
‧Metal scratches; Metal products, or overlapping parts, will cause friction on the surface, with small scratches and small bumps.
‧ Dimensional error; the size may have errors due to different measurements, 0.5-1 cm is normal.
‧ Sweat will damage the electroplating layer. If you are prone to sweat, bracelets/necklaces/rings and other close-fitting accessories may turn black due to improper cleaning or frequent wearing.
If the product does not match or is damaged or defective, please take a photo and send it to the customer service within 15 days after receiving the product, and we will contact you and deal with it as soon as possible.
