Seven-day appreciation period

1. According to consumer protection regulations, consumers are entitled to a seven-day hesitation period for goods to arrive (Taiwan only).
The 2. hesitation period is not a trial period, so the return must be in a new state (maintaining goods, packaging, gifts, integrity), otherwise it will not accept returns.

►Return and exchange process

1. If you receive a defective/wrong item, please send a photo of the defective/wrong item to the online customer service within 7 of the item, and we will assist you with the goods as soon as possible.

2. Exchange:
The store will replenish the correct product to you, complete the package and return the defective/wrong goods (the freight will be handled by YOYOSHOP)

3. Returns:
Returns must be in a new state (maintaining merchandise, packaging, gifts, integrity), otherwise no return will be accepted
The customer service staff will give you the return address, we support (FamilyMart, 7-11, mail, etc...) return methods.

►Explanation of defective goods

(Please read the following instructions carefully, the following is not the scope)
‧ Color difference: Every computer will have color difference, whichever is the real thing
‧ Drilling a glue: 90% of the jewelry is handmade, the surface is inevitably a little residual glue, the diamond part is inevitably uneven or uneven.
‧ Silver ornaments are black; black is not treated with electroplating to avoid allergies at the factory.
‧ Silver ornaments are curved; most of the materials are silver-plated, and the ear pins are soft and very thin, so some bends are normal.
‧ Metal scratches; metal products, or overlapping parts, the surface will produce friction, small scratches, small bumps.
‧ Dimensional error; size may vary due to measurement, 0.5-1 is normal.
‧ Sweat will damage the plating layer. If you are sweaty, bracelets/necklaces/rings are more close-fitting. Improper cleaning or wearing them often may cause the jewelry to become black.
If the goods do not match or are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to the customer service within 15 days after receiving the goods. We will contact you as soon as possible.
‧ All products have been inspected in detail before shipment. We are deeply sorry if there's any flaw.
